IS A COMMISSION RIGHT FOR YOU?
Imagine if you could help create the perfect original art piece for your favorite space. Does owning a special, one-of-a-kind art piece created just for you bring you excitement? If you’ve followed my work and would like an original art piece that fits into your home or workplace with your perfect color palette, sized to fit the space, and has your own personal messages incorporated into the many layers of the piece, I would love to work with you. I also enjoy working with interior designers, art finders, or architects.
With my intuitive, layered process, no one painting is alike or can be 100% replicated. If you see a piece of mine that you like and would like it in a different size or a specific color palette, then I am happy to work in that direction for you. I can use color swatches from fabrics or wall colors to coordinate with your piece if that interests you. If you have an exact piece that you have in mind and would want me to 100% replicate it for you, then this process is probably not for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Once we decide on the sizing and color palette, we will decide to go with a standard canvas size or a custom size, which will require additional fees. I will be able to give you an idea of pricing at this point.

I will have you email pictures of my paintings that you really like so that I know the direction in which you might like me to go.

We will also determine how the painting will be delivered or shipped. At this point, a final cost can be determined.

We will both sign a Commission Contract and I will need 50% of the final cost to start creating the piece.

I will check in with you toward the end of the process to discuss any adjustments you might want to implement at that time. I will also be able to give you a good idea for how the piece will look in your space by photoshopping the art into a picture of your space.

When I receive the final OK, then I will apply the finished varnish coat, attach hardware, and arrange for delivery.
